Eman, the 6M share day was on June 23. Given that short interest was reported at about 2.5M shares in mid-June, we should see evidence of covering (if any) in the next short interest reporting...maybe Friday?

Also, what leads us to believe that Denner et al had shorted millions of shares? Mind you, I never understand the shorting/hedging game and I do recognize that Sarissa is a hedge fund.

Note, if the 6M share day was largely covering, what held down the price? The close on June 23 was 47 cents, nowhere near the high of 60 cents.
