It's becoming crystal that there is a buyout on the way. Now, all that have been party to an acquisition below market prices raise their hands (mine's up - NETX by Cabletron in 96). I guess I don't like that they basically gave away MCMS - what does this mean for a sale of the whole company? On the bright side, I see acquisition talk about GTW for 5 times the price and only 2 times the sales. This will be interesting... Mike
