There is no way that managers are not going to own a piece of this company. Where else are you going to pocket such a huge audience? Shorting on valuation alone when the underlying business is a rock is for pretty strong stomachs and wallets. I admit I don't qualify. I'm not saying that the valuation won't adjust at some point.
