Golden Arrow Resources (GRG-V) July 14, '16 is pleased to announce that due to high investor demand, the Company has increased the non-brokered private placement amount announced on July 13, 2016 from 8,320,000 units to 9,020,000 units at a price of $0.75 per unit for gross proceeds of $6,765,000. All other terms of the July 13, 2016 news release remain the same.
