Syquest 10-K. How bout this for a good laugh? Due to competitive pressures, the Company reduced selling prices in order to maintain market share, but was unable to make corresponding reductions in manufacturing costs. As a result, the EZ135 and another subsystem product, the SQ3270, were sold for most of fiscal 1996 at negative gross margins ---------- Guess they're going to make up for it with volume!!! What a fantastic business model.
