Rejecting competing software is often called bundling, as in Microsoft's bundling of its own Internet search software in its operating systems, forcing users to accept that software or buy competing Netscape separately. Microsoft lost antitrust cases in the U.S. and Europe on this issue. Apple should take note. Art
