Ouch!! Sorry no offense meant, I was merely pointing out that they are much more skilled at bending the truth than we are at detecting it. I was using the paraphrase just to point out that the truth does not seem to be flowing freely despite numerous contacts. While I am a "JCL" to this thread I have lost with UMSI as well. As for the SEC it was just a suggestion, I suspect that they would be much more in intimidated by a lawyer than a biker (gosh again no offense Gene M). Again apoligies to all and I shall endeavor to not appear critical as a New Year 's resolution.
