First, it hasn't always been the policy ... from the 1920's through the 1960's very little immigration was allowed. Second, we've always had immigration laws and still do. I'm talking about ILLEGAL entry. NOT legal immigration. Are you too ignorant to know the difference? It's not a secret that Democrats favor illegal immigration. Again, only an ignoramus wouldn't recognize that.
