The facts aren't debatable. Just like the link between smoking and cancer. That isn't debatable either. The real debates ended decades ago. Making shit up and throwing it at the wall isn't a debate.

It is fraud if you have an economic interest in lying. Energy producers and the people they pay to lie for them are engaging in fraud because both have an economic interest in muddying the water. And they know they are lying. Both are key points.
