At NO TIME did OX ever ask me to interject my opinion - that is a fact.
Plus, I don't have an on going PM mail stream with OZ - that is a fact
Believe I began reading OX when he posted to Walunchuck and Ground Zero threads
Early on he may have as well posted to mine
In any case our interchange is spotty and extends out over the years
My prior contact or my reading of Isopatch posts are next to '0' -- I do not follow his thoughts
But I did feel compelled to state what I did at the time -- which is a freedom we all share here on SI
Finally - I'm sure that Isopatch is a valuable, interesting and insightful individual
We just haven't crossed paths at all on SI
I hope -- if he finds your thread of use and of interest he will post here again.

That's correct. Won't be posting on your thread, John.
You didn't challenge those who initiated the trouble. You didn't have my back. In fact, you put up a glowing post about what a great guy Chip is, right after he bashed me!
His attack was totally unprovoked. I'd never had any contact with the guy before. John, I won't post ;where I can't trust the thread monitor to have my back.
AFA Ox? Over the 6 months prior to the dust up, he stalked me on two other threads. Never supportive. Only pick, pick, pick. Trying to annoy me. Didn't work.
Eventually, he became progressively more surly and rude, on your board. Everything was fine as long as I was willing to put up with his negativity. But as soon as I challenged him about anything? Boom.
Pretty obvious to me Chip showed up because Ox asked him to come and bash me. As I said I've never had any contact with the guy. Apparently both Ox and Chip guessed you'd do nothing about it and they were right.
I'm not angry about this any more. Just reviewing what happened as I know you'd like me to post on your board. A lot of thread monitors want me to post on their boards. As one of the 10 most bookmarked posters on the entire website I bring readers who've bookmarked me to the threads where I post.
