Dear Joe,

I was curious, How DCTC recently mailed a company letter to their shareholders. Myself and many friends and family members that are significantly invested in DCTC did not receive such a letter. Why would some shareholders receive this letter and others do not? How can we unfortunate shareholder get this recently mailed letter?
