I think you'll find that the "InterAccess" mentioned here refers not to a piece of Westell equipment, but to InterAccess, the Chicago Internet Service Provider that was the first in the world to offer ADSL, through Westell, to its subscribers--this following complete beta-testing by InterAccess.
