Happy New Year Bob, No, I'm not using any particular program for TA. The breakout level I'm referring to is the moving average that DBC Quotes and Charts provides. The target price I referred to is previous resistance. Also, as with larger stocks, the round numbers and in this case, major fractions, seem to be psychologically important. Trading should be back to normal by next week, so a clearer picture may be derived by then.
