Recently, the volume has been going up last few days.. Both on TSX, their main listing and on OTC Pink sheets.. The company started in Calgary but over the years, after 2-3 merger and acquisitions, it is completely American in terms of management and major share holders.. Although their main business is providing software and hardware for Agriculture, their last business combination also means they now have a lot of other timely patents such as automotive.. Check here for details.. novariant.com The company has plans to list on US and have recently engaged IR firm to raise their profile.. Insiders own substantial % of the company although at this point I am not going to bother to break it down..
