You have to take into account that these stocks don't instantly become shortable once they reverse split and climb above $5. They need to stay above $5 for a certain time frame (I think it's 30 days?) and be declared marginable by the Fed. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong).

I was just itching to short CAML, one of the BIGGEST scams of all time (probably bigger than ZITL) after it did a reverse split and shot up to $10. I was informed that it wasn't marginable.

Think I'll go check a quote on CAML. Wonder what it's trading at these days. Hmmm... 2 11/32 down from sometghing like $10 a few months ago.
