BY-- Ramadan began Tuesday evening with the rise of the new moon. Ramadan ends this year 29 Jan. It should not have any effect on the pog. The "Asian crisis" brings a couple of things to mind. There is an old saying that if you owe a bank a small amount of money, it is your problem. If you owe a bank a very large amount of money, it then is their problem. The other thought is this-- One of the foundations of communism is the inability to allow failure.
