Melania isn’t the only member of the Trump family accused of being a copycat.

Luxury Italian shoe company Aquazzura has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in New York against Ivanka Trump, IT Collection LLC and her manufacturing partners Marc Fisher Holdings LLC and M.B. Fisher LLC, alleging they copied a popular shoe design.

Melania has been widely criticized Tuesday after her speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland Monday night was found to include verbatim phrases used by First Lady Michelle Obama when she addressed the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

The lawsuit against Ivanka Trump and partners claims the defendants infringed on Aquazzura’s fringed sandal the “Wild Thing” with the “Hettie,” also a fringed strappy shoe. Aquazzura’s Wild Thing is priced at $785 on Net-A-Porter; Ivanka Trump’s Hettie shoe is priced at $145 on Amazon.com Inc.
