...and thus the proverbial peeing in the gene pool continues... Sue a company after poor short-term performance of investments? Ahh...only in America. You know my 401k choices lost money a few quarters ago, where do I sign up for that class-action lawsuit...? Have all the people who bought property in the late 80's, early 90's signed on to a class-action lawsuit when their property values plummetted by up to 50%. All personal opinions of mine. Happy New Year.
