Both deserts and a lack of education<GG> There
is nothing to do in Texas. One can at least ski in Utah:-)

Hmmm, agreed! When people ask me where I'm from I say Cauliflower, along with all those other "fruits and nuts". <GG>

BTW, Utah is always boasting about its highly educated work force and using that argument to lure companies to the state. What I find intersting is that when I look around I see a bunch of manufacturing and service industry jobs that do not pay professional wages. There are good jobs that pay well but most companies that come here, like Gateway, set up manufacturing operations. It's really something to see a lot of people with degrees making peanuts in a field they didn't even get their degree in! I guess they're just happy to be in Zion. :o)
