I'm kinda familiar with those statistics.... What I wonder about them is whether they are based on the same currency valuations. I cannot believe that the Chinese pay as much to THEIR soldiers as we pay to OURS... I think the U.S. pays MORE for everything. So our expenditures are probably really inflated...
