I hear exactly what you are saying! Especially when there is good news and the stock heads south. That is the reason why we all are posting on this thread. To share the information in the hopes that we can find that little extra something that might help explain an unknown scenario as we are now experiencing.

The old adage, "sell on the good news" certainly seems to be appropriate as of late with ACMI. Dare we ask for some "bad news" to moderate the selling? (I think that is called playing with fire)

That comment about "buying the entire Company" certainly rings true.
One has to consider that if we realize the Company is cheap, other
potential suitors looking at acquiring a Company in this sector would also come to the same conclusion. All the more reason for AccuMed's
Management to want to raise the market-cap, unless they want to
become a division of a larger player. I don't think they want to lose their autonomy. Could happen. I have never really read any anti-takeover measure policies, have you?
