Komatsu makes sense.

Coal being a step child hurt Joy's future and I doubt the feds would have let Cat also buy Joy after buying Bucyrus.

All of Milwaukee's heavy manufacturing has now been bought up by others.

Cat layed off a lot of union workers and small non union start ups took over a lot of the fabrication that was in house before.
