Just my opinion, but I think that the private placement is a pretty good deal. They won't have any debt payments, which will increase earnings, but due to the larger number of shares the earnings per share will decrease, and maybe balance out. More importantly, they are avoiding the stock tinkering that happened with their convertable's. Now we'll just have to wait until the dust settles from all the trading that will happen due to this news, and see how much money they make this quarter.
