I agree on your feelings about Levy, I also watched him on CNBC and when asked about the shareholders he really didn't seem to care. As I read the offer, HTST's price will stay at 11 with the only thing that will change is how many HWP shares we get. HWP is a great company but that is not what I bought HTST for. I think that Levy just wants to put HTST behind him and go on to the next adventure. I haven't heard what kind of Golden Parachute they are giving him. Check out the Yahoo message thread on HTST, it's really active, they are talking class action law suits. Ernie
