FINANCING / Range Petroleum closes Special Warrant Placement
On December 31, 1997 the Company closed its 3,089,188 Special Warrant
Private Placement priced at $1.60 per unit.
The offering supplied Range with gross proceeds of $4,942,700.80. Of the
3,089,188 Special Warrants subscribed for, 1,508,000 were Flow-Through
Warrants and 1,581,188 were Non-Flow-Through Warrants. On closing the Company
received 50% of the proceeds from the offering with the balance due upon
