Jaybe, in the OPTIC trials (not OPTIC-2L), what happens if for the sake of discussion Cohort C which is pegged at 15mg as a starting point produces a major cytogenetic response and a much lesser SAE profile at the same trials, can it be considered for 2nd line use? I heard from someone that this test is only for confirmation of its current label, is this true?
