Kaine was presented by Hillary in a very progressive light, but, in fact, he is no progressive. He is a Corporate Democrat who favors limits on late term abortions and deregulating the banks. I do like his F rating from the NRA very much and the fact that he did missionary work in Honduras. He is a centrist, nothing to get excited about. I expect Trump to lose unless the US gets a major terrorist attack between now and November. Trump has alienated too many minorities and immigrants (and children of immigrants) to win this election. The major demographic that goes for Trump are disaffected Americans who have not maximized their profit potential and older white conservative Americans who are very fearful. That does represent a nice segment of the population, but not enough to win.
