Thanks for invite but I don't even have a current passport anyway.. Didn't realize Rio was that cheap.. But I've seen housing real cheap even today like the stuff I was buying in FL just an hour from Manhattan by the water in NJ hit by Sandy and way out on eastern LI as well which shocked me. You think the powers at be will be successful lifting things up without a real deflationary downward spiral? Should I hold on to all I've got ride what could be a long term cycle out? I'd probably sell if prices rose to where the cap rates were down to 5% range regardless.. Tenant pool scares me most these days..
