You seem to buy at below replacement cost with good rental income to purchase price and know what you are doing.You also tend to buy entry level housing.Where else would you put your money?Any fall in housing outside of the high value stuff will likely be slow and over 20 years and fall will likely be relative to inflation.If I were in your shoes I would smile and stay put.No rapid fall in housing coming as interest rates are going to stay lower awhile
