Here's the structure of the previous deals - Sandoz - original deal Upfront and Pre-commecialization milestones - $6.1 M Up to 63M total milestones - Tiered double-digit royalties Lat Amer Ferring deal Upfront , Pre-commecialization & launch milestones - $4.2 M Up to 18M total milestones - High single-digit royalties New Ferring deal - Lat Am + sandoz Territories - 3.6M and 1.5 mil and up to 34M Upfront Pre-commecialization, and launch milestones - $9.3 M Up to 34M total milestones - High single-digit royalties I don't see Apricus paying sandoz the $2M, it must be coming from Ferring to sandoz to buyout the partner deal
