This maybe your modem not your CPU

I use RealTick on a P133MHz over the internet. The 28.8 feed is the problem most of the time with slowdowns. Going to 56K may solve the problem. (Its on my list.) I can run multiple tasks on the P133 while accessing the net so I don't think its the CPU.

I do intend to move the 233 K6 to some more intensive task as soon as I get some feel as to what that should be. ITs much cheaper and better than anything you could buy from Intel in CPU power for a comaprable price.
