All bernanke did was save the banks and no politicians paid the price for their stupidity, the people who had savings and saved all their lives lost any possible hope of earning interest due to artificially low rates... the FED's only purpose is to protect banks and that's all it did, it did NOTHING for main street and never will... the FED is an outlaw gang in 100% violation of their own 1913 Charter, it should be disbanded and the members sent to prison where they belong...
