Here's his proposal for funding the free college: A tax on Wall Street speculators. As a 'Wall Street speculator' I have no problem with this. In fact it might cut down on the huge multi-million share churns the trading bots have been doing since 2008. There are other problems with the plan.. but I do like some of his other college debt proposals as well... berniesanders.com
