Carnage in the banking system coulda been a lot worse.... Or maybe not. Perhaps it would have just let the bankrupt banks fail and be replaced by good banks. Might have been much better for Main Street and us retirees. Blessings, SOJ P.S. The bad banks were that way because they knew the Fed had their back. The big banks own the Fed. Prior to the Fed they would have operated much more cautiously and honestly or they would go broke. Not any more!!!
