I don't understand this idea that there's not enough money to fund free public college education. Bush found $5 trillion that he pissed away on stupid wars and tax cuts for the rich.

If he can find five $5 trillion for nothing, how come we cannot find money for free college education? It sure as heck would cost a lot less than $5 trillion. And when people get educated they are more productive, so it comes back to society, and crime is reduced.

We find the money for K-12 because that is what we are used to doing. Well finding enough money for a couple more years of college should not be that difficult. Society just has to make it a priority.

Here's his proposal for funding the free college: A tax on Wall Street speculators.
As a 'Wall Street speculator' I have no problem with this. In fact it might cut down on the huge
multi-million share churns the trading bots have been doing since 2008. There are other problems with the plan.. but I do like some of his other college debt proposals as well...
