All those interested in the company knew the trial would resume, I'm uncertain if they waited to do it for the official FDA word, or if the DSMB that originally halted it permitted it to resume when they announced their was no safety concern a few months ago. It's sad, but the FDA needs 6 months to decide how to boil water.

I've written the company again and asked that with the next quarterly they host a webcast and discuss the direction being taken by the company, as well as dealing with the Nasdaq requirements. I indicted hoping they planned on asking for the 6 months extension they should get, and not suggest doing another reverse split.

I'm not alone, I know others who've done essentially the same thing, but until they announce something about quarterly results, we really have no idea what they're doing. I believe the stock price reflects the lack of information from the company.
