Belo Sun Mining (BSX-T) July 27, '16 has closed its previously announced bought deal financing with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by TD Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity, and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Dundee Securities Ltd., and National Bank Financial Inc., pursuant to which the Company issued 77,320,000 common shares of the Company (each, a "Common Share") at a price of C$0.97 per Common Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of C$75,000,400 (the "Offering").
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for pre-construction engineering activities, purchase of long lead time items, early project workings and working capital.
Agnico Eagle Mines Limited exercised its participation right to maintain its pro rata interest in full in connection with the Offering.
