Who is responsible for keying in the data we see as High and Low for the day? I've noticed that with Solv-Ex that the actual high is rarely reported. Trades at $1 for example usually get removed and the high will report as 7/8 or some other lower number. I know I'm being paranoid, but, it appears to happen whenever any sign of a rally shows up (its been happening ever since I began watching Solv-Ex). Its as if someone is trying to hide any signs of positive movement. Thanks Barb (i.e. the expert) for letting someone else take a stab at this. Happy New Year!
