Where is it playing out? Well...it's my opinion that the original suit by the trustee is going to be changed dramatically here shortly & that there is a very good chance the shareholders will come out further ahead, considering the thrust & greater scope of monied people that will be involved. But you're absolutely right...if you're an atty on the winning side of this deal, there will be a nice payday. Of course, there are probably some attys that will be defendents in the new course of things & they could be hit pretty hard in the 'ol "errors & omissions" insurance, if they are lucky enough to have it.
