Yes, the expiration date for the warrants connected with a private placement by the Company of Units in March 1997 has been extended from December 31, 1997 to 5:00 PM Chicago time on March 31, 1998. And now that I have broken my silence, I would like to thank everyone for their warm welcomes several messages back and express my enthusiasm for the activity of this group and my future partipication here. I can tell you that everyone at AccuMed is looking forward to an exciting and fruitful New Year; this is evidenced in part by the activity of the Company's Executive staff: while Peter Gombrich, Chairman and CEO, is unable to purchase stock pursuant to Rule 144, today he exercised 87,500 of his options; Leonard Prange, CFO/COO purchased 30,000 shares of common stock yesterday.
