Actually it can. It is a numbers game. Republicans get caught on this routinely. Democrats, not so much. As the emails show, it does exist in the Democratic party. But it is rare enough to be notable. For Republicans, it is very common. Especially since Obama got elected. Many saw that as an opportunity to let their inner racist fly free. As we see here on a regular basis. Some are even proud of it. Like FUBHO.
