Yes, that's apparent... BUT, what Estonia may be lacking in their contribution is probably about what WE spend on the F-35 EVERY month. Does that mean we just let the Russians take Estonia? It's NOT that simple. If they can take Estonia they'll go after the other Baltic States. When the Russians then go into Latvia, is President Trump going to say, "Well Latvia paid their dues so we'll go to WAR with with Russia over Latvia even though it will mean nuclear war." I don't think so... You have an ALLY or you DON'T. George Bush Jr. got all these countries into NATO even though they were right on Russia's border. Probably not a bright move but I can't think of many bright moves that George Jr. ever made but after he made them we have have to respect them. We can't suddenly say we're gonna dump them because they aren't contributing enough money. Trump is playing into Putin's hands. Putin is Hardened KGB and Trump is a very soft reality star.
