Tulvio, I don't know anything about ML covering ZOLT, sorry.

As to the additional shares, the 3Q report which I received last Sat. says that they proposed offering 2M shares, but I have not seen anything that says they have actually put them out on the market yet. Do you have any more info?

Do you have any knowledge of short position on ZOLT? Several stocks bumped up the last couple of days on short covering. At least we didn't lose anything today.
