Common sense dictates that "extreme carelessness" (which Comey accused Clinton of) isn't much different from "gross negligence." Even Wikipedia defines gross negligence as "serious carelessness."


Ok, but you skirted the question...I think Comey laid out a pretty good rationale in congressional testimony for why it was not prosecutable...and has since doubled down by saying that it was an easy decision to make...now this fellow is a republican who I believe doesn't give a hoot about the politics of the matter...he did and told us he did what was legally right.

Consequently to his congressional testimony the state department came out and even said that two of the three emails with the small (C) that made them confidential had been left on the emails by mistake by staff...

So again, try to answer my question. What credible media is suggesting that she should have been prosecuted...other than judge Napolitano or other non journalists on fox .
