Nice post to Jim.

Hey Jim. Since you are in the area (well somewhat close), I was wondering if you might be able to pick up some local chat on Victor. Glenn's last post indicated that the latest Edgar showed an increase in debt for Victor from 2.5 to 4+M$. All prior indications have been that Victor was and is profitable. It seems that Victor is profitable , but accumulating debt. This might explain how QDRX managed to buy them at the discouted price.
I sure would be interested in any local talk.
