Comey meticulously laid out an iron clad case for prosecuting Clinton, and at the last minute, veered off that course with what amounted to a punt.

I understand why he did it and don't necessarily think I would have had the balls to do what he didn't. He saw how the Supreme Court CORRECTLY decided Bush v. Gore, with solid proof -- wrecked the credibility of the Court. There are still many in the country who ignorantly believe Bush was not legitimately elected.

He simply didn't want to do that to the FBI. He thought the People could make a better decision.

Unfortunately, he didn't have what it took to say that. We (the country) would be better off if he had simply scratched his concluding comments and said, "The FBI will not decided the outcome of the election. I have put forth the facts in the case and call on the American People to decide her fate when they vote in November."

More unfortunately, I think the American People may be stupid enough to vote for a criminal.
