I didn't vote for Obozo twice....nor would I ever consider voting for a career criminal like Hillary....

If a bondholder elects to take a short payout on a bond....its not a default, moron. There can be a multitude of reason why a bondholder would like or agree to a payoff which does not strictly comply with the terms of the bond. A consensual agreement to take less than what you are owned is not a default...dumbass.
