Tulvio,

Hopefully this upmove for both CXC and WHC is just the beginning of a sustained rise. I think both of these stocks got a little oversold earlier, much like the market, and now are being accumulated in a serious way.

I don't see any reason why the market share of private prisons in general, which is only around 6% in the U.S., can't be triple that in ten years. As long as costs don't get out of control, each of these two market leaders should see a sharp increase in their earnings.
