Just to keep it fair and balanced, Russian Spies Are Not Said to Hack Systems Used in Trump's Run, altho absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. We certainly don't have the evidence to say "Spies Are Said Not to Hack R's", nor "Spies Told Not to Hack R's.".
