I find way too many people with low credit scores sub 600 post financial crisis. Impossible to borrow take advantage of low rates no matter what the fed does. When this huge pool is able to borrow at low interest rates we are within a couple of years of the top.. Curious how the bell curve shape of the credit score breakdown in the US might compare to say Brazil, Japan or Canada. Is the US a nation of deadbeats like no other advanced economy these days??
